Hezekiah Randolph
Successful Hitting Coach educated on the evaluation of on-field play through theoretical constructs and models. Retains proven proficiency in providing administrative and organizational oversight for detailed player development plans. Extremely motivated and creative mind accustomed to a diverse work environment with skills in identifying and nurturing young athletes’ potential to excel in sport, and as men. Builds strong teams by training and monitoring athletes’ progress while keeping athletes mindful of, and diligent about, personal & athletic pursuits. Superior management, coordination, and organization skills with exceptional knowledge of training environments correlative to success. Naturally, yet purposefully, transcends in building up athletes into top-notch men and athletes.
